Always order by part number (where available), and include any information which might help insure that we  ship you the parts you need.  Every attempt will be be made to ship your order the same day it is received, but please allow at least one (1)  week before delivery attempt of your order.  All orders are shipped F.O.B. Santee, California. Unless you specify a prefferred carrier, your order will be  shipped by the fastest, most economical method available. Most orders are shipped UPS.  Unique Metal Products Inc. will not accept any goods returned, regardless of reason without prior written  authorization. A letter of explanation and a copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned items. All  merchandise returned not for warranty claims will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.  Title to merchandise passes to buyer on delivery to any common carrier, including UPS. Delivery of the  merchandise in good condition to the buyer is the responsibility of the carrier, and all claims must be made with  the carrier immediately upon discovery.  Every attempt has been made by Unique Metal Products Inc. to manufacture the finest products available. All  merchandise is warranted to be free from defects in material workmanship for a period of 90 days from the  date of purchase. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item. This warranty gives you  specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
